It’s incredible how God always moves in wonderful ways. The church in Huatabampo had a designated budget for 16 food baskets, and were believing for more donations from church members in order to continue. They rejoiced when HFTW global sent an offering to make food baskets for their community. Their church was astonished at the generosity and love for Huatabampo. But God didn’t stop there.


Some friends in other cities, and people from other churches began sending offerings for this cause. Amazed and hugely impressed by God’s supernatural provision, they literality saw the multiplication miracle of the loaves and fishes we read about in the Bible. A budget for 16 food baskets grew to a budget for 150 food baskets in just a few days.

They have decided to deliver food baskets every two weeks, which means more than 35 families are being blessed with food and essential items for two months.
Additionally, thanks to this abundant provision and the awakening of church members, they’ve been able to help local nursing homes and special needs families with food baskets, diapers, and personal hygiene items.

They will never forget one of the new families they embraced. The first day they brought a food basket, both the mom and the delivering team were speechless and burst into tears. Later on, that mom reached out in a text message saying, “I’m sorry I didn’t even say thank you, but the moment I realized there was milk in the food basket, I couldn’t help but cry. I didn’t have anything to feed my child with that night.” She has a child with a psychomotor illness. It was then they understood the beautiful moment of tears and joy. God was bringing not only food into that home but hope, and His love and care for them. The Holy Spirit is leading the church in Huatabampo to the right people at just the right moment.
